When you visit the site

Like any website, the services that deliver this page receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device. See "Third parties" below for who receives it.

How we use it and why

  • To review your application and arrange your call. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To follow up about our services. If you've applied or got in touch, we may contact you about the call and what we offer. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who've shown an interest in working with us. You can tell us to stop at any time.
  • To deliver our services if you become a client. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you.
  • To keep the website working and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping financial records.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our business. They only process your data on our instructions or to deliver their service:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector): our CRM. Application form submissions are stored here.
  • Our website host, which serves this site to your browser.
  • Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS and unpkg: load the fonts and code that style this page. They receive your IP address when the page loads.
  • Our video host (for example YouTube) for the video on the home page. If you play it, the video provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
  • Our scheduling platform for clients, which only receives permission to post content on your behalf. We never receive your login details.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services embedded on the page, such as the video player, may set cookies when you interact with them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

  • Applications and enquiries that don't lead to working together: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Client records: for the length of our work together, then up to 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data deleted
  • Restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing
  • Receive your data in a portable format

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We'll respond within one month. It's free in most cases.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out with you first.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers with appropriate security measures and limit access to your data to the people who need it to work with you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
